Licensee of her second Real Estate Company is the latest of Margaret's achievements. Margaret has successfully owned and operated her company Peninsula Prestige Properties for 6 years. She has recently expanded her business to include the purchase of Ettalong Real Estate which has been successfully operated and managed for the past 45 years by the Mason family. Margaret has a wealth of experience in the Accounting field and has put her knowledge of Negative Gearing and Investment Strategies to the test by building an impressive Investment Property Portfolio both in Sydney and on the Central Coast.

Margaret is completing a degree in Bachelor of Commerce (Property Economics) at University of Western Sydney - Hawkesbury. Being a local lady and having extensive experience in both Sales and Marketing, Property Management, Holiday Management, and Strata Management. Margaret and her team of five are more than able to give Superb Service to her Real Estate Clients.

My name is Ron Manning and I am a Licensed Real Estate Agent. I represent Peninsula Prestige Properties.

I have lived on the Peninsula for 33 years with my wife and children. I have been actively involved in the Real Estate Industry for the last 25 Years and have extensive sales and marketing experience.

Rhonda joined PPP having a brilliant career background in Sales and Marketing extending for more than 20 years.

Kellie is a kind hearted and fun loving young lady and is very keen to assist you with your enquiry.

Jenny BOURKE:

Jenny joins Peninsula Prestige Properties with a wealth of experience and knowledge. Having gained 10 years experience in the Real Estate Industry, Jenny has strong work ethics and knows the meaning of attention to detail.

Her role is to work along side the Property and Sales Managers and generally maintaining a smooth stress free operation for Property Investors, as well as our total Property Management Department.

With her excellent administration and communication skills, Jenny is able to develop a remarkable rapport with her Landlords and Tenants alike. Jenny has a diverse and impressive knowledge of making practical and prompt decisions in the day to day management of her administration portfolio, always ensuring that our clients best interests are maintained.
